NOS CLIENTS EXTREMEMENT HEUREUX
D’abord, nous avons fait le tour avec les déménageurs. Ils ont emballé des choses dont on avait demandé de laisser tel quel. Nous déménagions dans un entrepôt et avions besoin de certains trucs qui se sont retrouvés dans le fond. Ce fût extrêmement long pour un déménagement normal. Le camion a mal été rempli et nous avons été coincés pour transporter nous-memes plusieurs gros morceaux. La compagnie que nous avons embauché ensuite pour le 2e déménagement n’a pas eu ce problème pour la même grosseur de camion. J’ai appelé le jour suivant pour faire part de mon mécontentent, on m’assure un suivi, mais rien, jamais de nouvelles.
En arrivant à ma nouvelle maison, nous ne retrouvons plus les vis des portes de frigo qui avaient été enlevées. Nous appelons savoir si les démenageurs les mettent à un endroit précis. Un appelons savoir. Deux appels. On nous assure un retour, mais jamais rien, encore.
Le total des vis et pentures de porte s’élèvent à 500$.
Je ne recommande absolument pas cette compagnie. Je ne blâme pas les déménageurs qui semblaient suivre des consignes, mais aucun suivi sur les points négatifs. C’était dispensieux et peu efficace.

We recently moved from Montreal and Toronto and needed 2 trips. Tandem movers helped us with the move both times. Atmane and Sergeo were amazing crew. SCAMMERS . I made an appointment over the phone and mentioned that I needed movers for an hour to two hours. Without them informing me or sending me any kind of information about the agreement, they told me upon arrival, that there is a charge for an additional hour outside of the moving time and a three hour minimum . I am more than willing to pay if they had informed me. When I refused, they started blackmailing to send me the collections for services not rendered under conditions that were never disclosed prior. Multiple references to my status as a new immigrant were thrown at me in anger, the lack of professionalism is astounding.

Your move was booked over the phone, and the 2-hour minimum plus 1 hour travel time was clearly explained, as stated on our website and in all our service policies. Our team made multiple attempts to contact you the day before and on the day of the move to confirm, but received no response.
Despite this, our movers arrived on time, prepared to perform the service. At arrival, it became clear that you forgot to cancel the move. As a result, the travel and preparation time of our team still incurred costs, which is standard practice in the moving industry. Unfortunately, rather than honoring the agreed terms, you began disputing charges, looking for excuses, and using offensive language, including shouting at our movers and client service staff.
We also want to address your comment regarding immigration status. This is absolutely not something we would ever use against a client — many of our movers are immigrants themselves. Respect and professionalism are fundamental values in our company.
We strive to provide transparent, reliable, and high-quality service. While misunderstandings happen, we cannot assume responsibility when the client forgets to cancel or refuses to acknowledge standard policies.

Your move was booked last minute for a long-distance service, and a small deposit was paid to secure the date. As clearly stated in the confirmation, this deposit is non-refundable. When you requested to change your moving date, we were happy to accommodate the change at no extra cost or penalty.
A few days later, you requested another date change and then decided to cancel the move altogether, asking for the deposit back. Unfortunately, since the deposit serves to reserve the truck and crew, it cannot be refunded once the booking is confirmed.
We always do our best to remain flexible and fair with our clients, and we’re sorry this policy caused frustration. Our goal is always to provide honest, reliable, and professional service to everyone who trusts us with their move.

The packers and movers at Tandem were amazing. We moved from Montreal to Mississauga using their services. The gentlemen who facilitated the move: Atman, Serghei, Caesar and Alfonso were super punctual and finished the job as quickly as they could. Very detail oriented, respectful of building and apartment space and pleasant folks to interact with. The move was reasonably priced as well. I would highly recommend Tandem Déménagement for moving in Montreal.

Nous avons déménager le 06 juin et avons eu une expérience vraiment qui mérite à mettre des étoiles.
Ils sont forts, travaillants, honnêtes.
Ils ont retrouver dans mon sofa un bijoux que je cherchais depuis des années , ma carte de crédit perdue, et mêlé 25c parterre, et me l’ont remis à main propre.
Ils n’ont jamais arrêter , même pas pour dîner tellement c’était un très gros déménagement, et ils ne se sont jamais plains.

I’ve used Tandem about 5 times now and they are excellent.! Very professional, quick and efficient. We had a team of 3 today moving my parents into their apartment and Ian was hilarious, friendly and so helpful. The other two in the team which unfortunately I don’t remember their names (I’m sorry) were equally as good, kind, friendly and helpful! Highly recommend this company. Truly the best moving company.

we had Anton and his co-worker (sorry forgot his name) from team 5 come move stuff from my wife's grandparents' place to a storage locker we rented. they come on time. they packed everything up and handled everything with the utmost care. they were a pleasure to work with. thanks to both of you for your hard work!!

Nous avons encore fait appel à Tandem pour notre gros déménagement et une fois de plus, nous n'avons pas été déçus. L'équipe 5 a été très efficace en plus d'être très sympathique et patiente avec nous. Nous avions un peu peur du déplacement de notre piano mais ils ont fait ça avec beaucoup de professionnalisme. Non seulement le piano est arrivé de l'autre côté en parfait état mais nous n'avons même pas eu besoin de le faire réaccorder. Nous recommandons encore Tandem pour un déménagement sans souci.

We moved on the 1st of January 2025 which is a Bogey date to begin with! But surprisingly Tandem had the availability! Athmane and Alphonso were punctual; professional; courteous; and lightning quick! The job was impeccably completed in 5 hours on the dot! This is our first time moving within Montreal and Tandem made it stress-free and effortless! Athmane and Alphonso did a stellar job and we are very grateful!
Would recommend Tandem to anyone who is moving! They are super-professional and to top it all they have one of the most competitive rates in the Montreal moving market at 125$/hr (tax excl) for a 20ft truck with (2) movers!
