Je ne pourrai m'imaginer un meilleur résultat pour notre déménagement. Nous avons eu l'équipe 5 et ils étaient littéralement les rois du Tetris. Je ne comprends toujours pas comment ils ont réussi à rentrer toutes nos chose dans ce camion. C'était vraiment impressionnant! Et en plus, ils ont vraiment beaucoup fais attention à nos choses, il n'y a eu aucun bris dans tout ce déménagement. Aussi sont tellement fort, des choses qu'on prends normalement à 2-3, eux c'était une job d'un seul gars hahaUn déménagement vraiment efficace, une administration rigoureuse (rappel 24-48h avant) etc.

The workers were on time and very careful with furniture. Polite and helpful. At the end of the move I paid the balance I owed in cashed with a tip and left. They came back 20 minutes later and told me that I over paid by $150. Took the $50 and gave it the men and told them that it was for their honesty.

Si vous cherchez une compagnie qui risque de vous casser des meubles et de se départir ensuite de toute responsabilité c’est la numero un. La responsable est tres désagréable et essaie a tout prix de rejeter en bloc tous les arguments, meme des preuves concretes elle trouve le moyen de les refuter.Je vous deconseille cette compagnie surtout qu’ils ne bradent pas leur prix generalement avec ces prix il doit y avoir au moins une assurance de dommage…Tres mauvaise experience , plus jamais pour ma part.

I can’t recommend this moving service enough! I had a horrible experience with movers cancelling last minute earlier during the day, and called Tandem in a panic - Dima and Delfino came within a few hours and completed the move in under 2 hours with professionalism and care. I've been living in 5 cities across the US and Canada, and I dealt with quite a few house moving services. I can say Tandem is the ABSOLUTE No.1 I've worked with.The workers are professional and super efficient. They packed my stuff very well and moved them carefully. I have 22 boxes, 2 sofas, 1 IKEA bed with mattress, 2 tables, 3 chairs, 2 monitors, 1 TV, 1 bookcase, 1 whiteboard and a few other minor stuff. The workers finished loading in only 2 hours and unloading quickly (I don't remember the exact duration). They also help assemble my furnitures! The total price is less than $1500 from Montreal to Ottawa. Super!

C’est la première fois qu’on doit payer aussi cher pour un déménagement alors qu’il n’y avait aucun électroménager ni aucune boîte à déménager, seulement les meubles. On a dû déménager beaucoup de matériel nous-mêmes, car les déménageurs travaillaient beaucoup trop lentement. Ils étaient courtois, mais peu débrouillards. Prix exorbitant pour la qualité du service.

From start to finish Tandem Moving Team # 10 was absolutely, hands down, THE BEST DECISION we made. To say they were professional is such an understatement. They were kind, attentive, extremely respectful of their surroundings, our property and to everyone in our gang. They treated every one of our belongings as precious, wrapped and double wrapped everything ! They were extremely organized and now that a few days have passed I can tell you that we didn't find a single box or piece of furniture in the wrong room. When they left the beds were made, and boxes were stacked neatly so we could move around .....10000% recommend - and TEAM # 10 is BEYOND AMAZING !!!!!

I've used "Tandem" in June 2021 (Team 2) and June 2022 (Team 2) and I cannot recommend them enough.Both cases the move was done between 3 and 4 hours start to finish and all furnitures were perfectly wrapped (both times we moved the equivalent of a 41/2.They are our "official" movers from now on !

ILS CHARGENT DES HEURES EN TROP - c'est des voleurs & Service complètement désagréable et insultant auprès de l'administration. -
J'ai réservé à l'avance deux déménagements différents avec la compagnie déménagement Tandem, soit deux dépôts pour deux déménagements. Nous avons finaliser le premier déménagement ce matin même.
N'étant pas sur les lieux, Je m'étais assuré de garder contact avec mon collègue Michel qui attendait les déménageurs, pour ainsi garder une trace du temps. Le déménagement était prévu pour 8AM. ( deux déménageurs soit 150$ de l'heure)
Les déménageurs sont arrivés à l'heure, jusqu'à là tout est beau.
Vers 10:57, Michel m'appelle pour me dire que les déménageurs ont terminés et ils veulent être payé. Je leur demande donc que l'administration m'appelle directement puisqu'ils ont mes informations de paiement.
Si on fait le calcule selon leur modalité, cela fait un total de 3h +1h pour le déplacement, soit un total de 600$+tx.
Vers 11:46, soit 49 minutes plus tard, la femme à l'administration m'appelle ( c'est toujours la même depuis le début) et elle m'annonce les frais à payer, soit un total 780$. Je la questionne sur ce point lui disant qu'on m'avait appeler vers 10:57 en me disant que c'était fini, et sans même pouvoir terminer ma phrase, elle hausse le tont instantanément au téléphone de façon complètement désobligeante, me coupe la parole et ne me laisse pas terminer ma première phrase. Je lui répond que je ne comprends absoluement pas la raison de s'affoler avec moi, et qu'elle devrait simplement demander à son équipe qui était en place, car des malentendus, ça peut arriver.
Elle me raccroche la ligne au nez. Elle me rappelle 3 minutes plus tard pour me dire que je dois lui payer le plein montant. Je lui répond que je trouve son attitude complètement désagréable et je décide de ne pas continuer à argumenter pour 45 minutes et qu'elle peux compléter le paiement. Je lui répète que ce n'est pas acceptable de parler ainsi à des clients.
En terminant l'appelle, je lui dit que je ne ferai plus jamais affaire avec sa compagnie, et suite à cette situation désagréable, je demande qu'elle annule le DEUXIÈME déménagement prévu pour le mois suivant ( dans 30 jours) et que je trouverai une autre compagnie. Je lui demande qu'on me rembourse mon dépôt de 150$.
Pour rendre cela pire encore, celle-ci me répond en me disant qu'elle ne me remboursera pas le dépôt!!!

If you don't have many large items, save yourself the headaches and get a U-Haul for $25 plus gas. For large items get a local mover who only does large items.
Our quote was $280 plus tax. We ended up paying $600 with tip.
We only had a large couch and a 46 inch TV as big items. The movers worked for 3 hours and charged us for 5.45 hours!
The rest were boxes I could have done myself. If you have large items simply hire a guy to move the large items separately.

As soon as they walked in the door they were already calculating the tetris game for the truck ( lol ), no but you could see they knew what they were doing, very professional.
It took 4 hours to load because they were only 2 guys, but it was the most efficient 4 hours I have ever experienced!
For the de-load they were 3, another guy came and it was super fast! 1 1/2 hour and it was done!
They charged us accordingly without even us asking about it.
We were worried about some of our stuff because it was glass, but they packaged everything very very well with plastic, cardboard and blankets.
They handled everything carefully and nothing broke!
I think it was the best moving experience we ever got!
