Nous sommes désolés d’apprendre que votre déménagement ne vous a pas laissé une impression positive. Lors de la réservation, l’option choisie était une équipe de deux déménageurs, généralement recommandée pour un appartement ou condo de 1 à 2 chambres. De plus, l’espace d’entreposage utilisé était un 10 x 20, qui est habituellement recommandé pour le contenu d’un appartement de 2 chambres et non une maison. Lorsque l’on tente d’y entreposer le contenu complet d’une maison, il devient souvent très difficile d’optimiser l’espace tout en gardant certains articles facilement accessibles. Dans ce contexte, les déménageurs doivent souvent maximiser chaque pied carré, ce qui peut donner l’impression que le camion ou l’espace a été rempli différemment. Il est également important de noter qu’un déménagement d’une maison vers un entrepôt prend souvent plus de temps qu’un déménagement à partir d’un entrepôt vers une maison. Lors du premier déménagement, les biens arrivent généralement moins triés et moins organisés. Une fois dans l’entrepôt, les biens sont réorganiser, regrouper et trier, ce qui rend le second déménagement beaucoup plus rapide et plus efficace. C’est pourquoi il est assez fréquent que la deuxième demenagement va aller plus vite. Concernant les vis et pentures du réfrigérateur, votre déménagement a eu lieu le 6 décembre 2025, et la première communication concernant ces pièces nous est parvenue au début mars 2026, donc 3 mois plus tard et après votre second déménagement avec une autre compagnie. Malheureusement, après qu’une autre équipe ait manipulé les meubles — il devient très difficile pour nous de vérifier ou retracer ce type d’éléments. Nous prenons néanmoins vos commentaires au sérieux. Le suivi avec nos clients est important pour nous et nous sommes désolés si vous avez eu l’impression de ne pas recevoir de réponse satisfaisante à ce moment. Nous vous souhaitons sincèrement une bonne installation dans votre nouvelle maison. L’équipe du service à la clientèle.

Response from the owner:Thank you for sharing your feedback. While we regret that this situation was frustrating, it is important to clarify the facts. Your move was booked over the phone, and the 2-hour minimum plus 1 hour travel time was clearly explained, as stated on our website and in all our service policies. Our team made multiple attempts to contact you the day before and on the day of the move to confirm, but received no response. Despite this, our movers arrived on time, prepared to perform the service. At arrival, it became clear that you forgot to cancel the move. As a result, the travel and preparation time of our team still incurred costs, which is standard practice in the moving industry. Unfortunately, rather than honoring the agreed terms, you began disputing charges, looking for excuses, and using offensive language, including shouting at our movers and client service staff. We also want to address your comment regarding immigration status. This is absolutely not something we would ever use against a client — many of our movers are immigrants themselves. Respect and professionalism are fundamental values in our company. We strive to provide transparent, reliable, and high-quality service. While misunderstandings happen, we cannot assume responsibility when the client forgets to cancel or refuses to acknowledge standard policies. Thank you for your understanding.

Your move was booked last minute for a long-distance service, and a small deposit was paid to secure the date. As clearly stated in the confirmation, this deposit is non-refundable. When you requested to change your moving date, we were happy to accommodate the change at no extra cost or penalty. A few days later, you requested another date change and then decided to cancel the move altogether, asking for the deposit back. Unfortunately, since the deposit serves to reserve the truck and crew, it cannot be refunded once the booking is confirmed. We always do our best to remain flexible and fair with our clients, and we’re sorry this policy caused frustration. Our goal is always to provide honest, reliable, and professional service to everyone who trusts us with their move.
